QSHE Manager Offshore / Project Manager Offshore (m/f)
focusing on wind energy industry / renewable energy
The challenge:
* You give advise to project developers and operators of offshore wind parks in implementation, optimization and realization of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) concepts and processes in terms of installation, operation and maintenance of offshore wind energy plants.
* You analyze the consisting safety und risk concepts, create target performance analysis and optimize the established QHSE systems including documents such as HSE and quality plans.
* You set up, execute and monitor the implementation of risk management systems and support your customers in terms of specific QSHE questions.
* You develop relevant contents and working packages for QSHE projects and manage the internal and external project participants in realizing the projects.
* As Project Manager Offshore you report directly to the Director „Renewables".
The skills required:
* With your engineering or technical qualification (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management, environmental science, civil engineering etc.), you have already gained several years of professional experience within a company in the offshore industry, preferably in the wind energy sector.
* You offer experience in QHSE topics such as risk management, quality management or safety and health management as well as in developing QHSE systems.
* You are familiar with setting up and managing QSHE regulations and quality standards in Europe, preferably in the UK, Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
* Due to working on international projects you are fluent in English and prepared for international travelling.
